Redfin Homes for Sale & Rent App Reviews

Typically, this is one of my favorite apps. But in this update, Redfin added a very large permanent "Save Search" button over the map. This button is distracting and use way to much screen space. Redfin, please do not take away our phones map space.

One of the few real estate apps that lists the HOA Monthly fees, sometimes hidden in other sites.

I love the fact that you can geofence queries and honestly, the Redfin experience is the best way to buy and sell real estate!

I hate landscape mode. Why are you forcing me to use it this way??

New update has a save button that cannot be removed thats very distracting. Great app otherwise

I really love this app. It keeps me informed of the houses on the market and when theyve been sold. I love this app. I really like the calculator so you can see change the figures to get the mortgage affordable to me!

Love this App. Getting notices right away. Not having to see houses out of my price range . Awesome ..

Uses your location to find nearby houses for sale...very handy when cruising your neighborhood of choice! Links directly to the house listing, can view pics, contact seller/realtor, schedule viewing, etc.

Definitely best app for real estate, it only needs a few tweaks to be perfect. First, Id like to know what houses are selling for, including how much over/under the asking price. Dont make that feature difficult for a non-programmer to find. Second, there needs to be a way to screen out duplexes and other homes from houses that do not share common walls with a home owned by another family. Third, there needs to be a way to flag homes that are mid-categorized. Hopefully the designers will keep in mind the usefulness of this app to home-seekers, and not just home-sellers.

Pinch to zoom out no longer works, which makes the app unusable. Will change to 5 stars once this is fixed.

Still there are places to improve, but for sure the best real estate app for residentials.

This app is one of the few apps that is both well thought out AND works. Very easy to use and not laggy.

Would add a feature to see historical value of the house and neighborhood, something I currently have to go to Zillow for.
